Test of positive selection of the rrgA gene.

In this table we show the results of the log-Likelihood test of positive selection using the branch-site model A of PAML [24]. For each branch, the null model is model A with the constraint ��2 = 1. Also reported are the values of the ��21 statistics. P-values below 0.01 are marked in bold.
