Comparison of TRACK kidney gene transcripts with human clear cell renal cell carcinoma.

Selected genes that are most highly expressed in human ccRCC, and which show increased mRNA levels (fold change > 2) in the kidney tissue of the TRACK mice relative to kidneys from wild type littermates. Human data were collected from Oncomine, and TRACK data were obtained by RNAseq.Comparison of TRACK kidney gene transcripts with human clear cell renal cell carcinoma.本数据集筛选得到同时满足以下两项标准的基因：一是在人类透明细胞肾细胞癌（clear cell renal cell carcinoma, ccRCC）中呈高表达；二是相较于野生型同窝仔鼠的肾脏组织，TRACK小鼠肾脏组织中这类基因的mRNA水平上调，且倍数变化大于2。人类相关数据采集自Oncomine数据库，TRACK小鼠的相关数据通过RNA测序（RNA sequencing, RNA-seq）获取。本数据集对TRACK小鼠肾脏基因转录本与人类透明细胞肾细胞癌的基因表达特征进行了对比分析。
