该数据首次建立了PNH患者血栓形成的相应风险预测模型，为新诊断PNH与长期随访的PNH患者的血栓情况提供了预测指标。但目前样本数目有限，结论仍需要在一项前瞻性研究中进行验证，对研究患者规模要求更大，随访时间需要更长。
This dataset establishes, for the first time, a corresponding risk prediction model for thrombosis in patients with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH), and provides predictive indicators for thrombotic events in both newly diagnosed PNH patients and those undergoing long-term follow-up. However, the current sample size is limited, and the conclusions still need to be validated in a prospective study with a larger patient cohort and longer follow-up duration.
