本数据是科技创新 2030-“新一代人工智能” 重大项目(编号:2018AAA0102900,名称:自主智能体的灵巧精准操作学习与典型场景验证)的核心数据之一,用于评估机器人运动性能与操作精度,支撑智能体在工业场景的精准作业研究。 数据采集于上海市武宁路 505 号 18 号楼上海机器人产业技术研究院有限公司,对象为 2 台大族 E05 机械臂,记录其等效 2 万小时加速试验后 3 次性能试验的位置精度数据,含位置重复性、距离准确度及 Rx、Ry、Rz 姿态角等细分维度,还包括速度接近 1000mm/s 时激光跟踪仪记录的实时位置精度数据,数据量 40.7KB,格式为 xlsx。 采集遵循《GB/T12642-2013 工业机器人性能规范及其试验方法》,通过激光跟踪仪获取位姿并对比实际与期望位置算偏差。质控上,位置重复性≤±0.03mm,分 3 次测试整理数据,统计测量点重复性与标准差,保障有效性。 数据用于验证机器人是否达标(运行速度≥500mm/s、末端定位精度 0.05mm),优化控制策略,也为相关研究提供支撑。其共享方式为完全共享,2025 年 3 月公开,仅供项目验收,不长期保存,使用时需做好备份。

This dataset is one of the core datasets of the Science and Technology Innovation 2030 - "New Generation Artificial Intelligence" Major Project (Project No. 2018AAA0102900, titled "Dexterous and Precise Operation Learning for Autonomous Agents and Typical Scene Validation"), which is used to evaluate robotic motion performance and operation accuracy, and support research on precise operations of AI Agents in industrial scenarios. The data was collected at Shanghai Robot Industrial Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., Building 18, No. 505, Wuning Road, Shanghai, China. The test subjects were 2 sets of Han's E05 robotic arms. Positional accuracy data from 3 performance tests conducted after an equivalent 20,000-hour accelerated test were recorded, including sub-dimensions such as position repeatability, distance accuracy, and attitude angles of Rx, Ry, Rz. Real-time positional accuracy data recorded by a laser tracker when the arm speed approached 1000 mm/s were also included. The total data volume is 40.7 KB, stored in XLSX format. Data collection was conducted in accordance with GB/T 12642-2013 "Performance Specifications and Test Methods for Industrial Robots". The pose was obtained via a laser tracker, and deviations were calculated by comparing actual and target positions. For quality control, the position repeatability was controlled within ±0.03 mm; data were organized from 3 test runs, and repeatability and standard deviation of measurement points were statistically analyzed to ensure data validity. This dataset is used to verify whether the robotic arms meet the specifications (operating speed ≥500 mm/s, end-positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm), optimize control strategies, and provide support for relevant research. It is fully shared, made public in March 2025, and is only for project acceptance purposes without long-term storage; users are required to make backups when using the data.
