Dataset kuisioner pakar dan perhitungan BWM untuk seleksi pemasok lokal proyek EPC di Riau

This dataset supports the paper “A Hierarchical Best-Worst Method for Weighting Resilience and Compliance Criteria in Local Supplier Selection for EPC Projects in Riau, Indonesia”. It contains the anonymized questionnaire responses of seven practitioners of an Indonesian EPC contractor and the complete Best-Worst Method (BWM) calculations: individual pillar weights with input-based consistency ratios, aggregated pillar weights, within-pillar weights, the global weights of eight sub-criteria, and a sensitivity check in which C8 (legal and tax compliance) is treated as a pass/fail gate. Version 1.1: the EPC experience category of three experts was corrected to “5–10 years” after re-confirmation with the respondents, and two sensitivity-analysis sheets with charts were added (3_Uji C8 Gate and 4_Uji Leave One Out). All BWM inputs and weights are unchanged from version 1.0. See 1.1. README.txt for details.
