qPCR data for time course infection in THP-1 cells

This data contains measurements of gene expression for several interferon-stimulated genes relative to GAPDH. RNA was harvested from THP-1 cells infected with HIV-1-GFP over the course of 48 h, converted into cDNA, and relative expression was determined by Taqman qPCR.本数据集包含若干干扰素刺激基因（interferon-stimulated genes）以甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶（GAPDH）为内参的相对基因表达量测定数据。实验样本取自感染携带绿色荧光蛋白的人类免疫缺陷病毒1型（HIV-1-GFP）的THP-1细胞，在感染后48小时的培养周期内收集总RNA，经逆转录得到互补DNA（cDNA）后，通过Taqman定量聚合酶链式反应（Taqman qPCR）测定其相对表达水平。
