Surveyor Plans

The plans collected by the Administration Measurements & Evaluations are digitized and encoded in the database of geometer plans. This database contains: - the delimitation plans obtained following the implementation of the Royal Decree of 18/11/2013, supplementing the rules for identifying immovables in an act or document subject to mortgage advertising and organizing the prior filing of a plan with the General Administration of Heritage Documentation and the issuance by this general administration of a new identifier (PRECAD); - the plans attached to the documents and received from the Legal Security Administration; - the plans drawn up by the surveyors-experts formerly under agreement; - the plans of individuals and administrations collected during fieldwork. The coordinates transmitted with the plans by the surveyors are also kept in the database. These coordinates make it possible to update the cadastral map correctly and quickly. As of 31 December 2023, 1,898,345 plans were in the database.行政测量与评估局（Administration Measurements & Evaluations）采集的图件已完成数字化处理并编码入库，存入测绘图件数据库。该数据库涵盖以下内容：——依据2013年11月18日皇家法令实施后获取的界址图件：该法令补充了抵押公告相关文书或文件中的不动产识别规则，同时规定需预先向遗产文献总总局（General Administration of Heritage Documentation）提交图件备案，并由该总局核发新的标识号（PRECAD）；——从法律安全行政部门（Legal Security Administration）获取的附随于各类文书的图件；——原签约合作的测量专家所绘制的图件；——外业勘测期间收集的个人及行政部门相关图件。测量员随图件一并提交的坐标数据亦同步存储于该数据库中，此类坐标可支持地籍图的精准高效更新。截至2023年12月31日，该数据库共收录1,898,345份图件。
