Taxonomic classification of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) whose relative abundances in the microbiotae were significantly altered after periodontal therapy.

Significant differences in each OTU were assessed using Wilcoxon signed-rank tests. P values<0.05 were considered statistically significant.采用威尔科克森符号秩检验对每个操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）的显著差异进行评估。将P值小于0.05的结果认定为具有统计学显著性。
