The Seeker1 dataset was developed by New Mexico State University to simulate realistic scenarios for hardware Trojan (HT) detection. It includes 8 combinational logic circuits from the ISCAS-85 benchmark suite, which have undergone functional restructuring, with some implanted with hardware Trojans to increase detection difficulty. The development process of this dataset leverages the ABC logic synthesis tool and a reinforcement learning framework, ensuring that the original functions of the circuits remain unchanged while the HTs are hidden.
