通过分析临平区各道路各工作点停车运营情况,核算工作点的收入、收缴率、收益率等数据,不仅可以用于内部的生产经营分析、绩效评估和制定合理的收费标准提供数据参考的同时,还可以帮助城市规划者和交通管理部门了解停车需求的分布,优化停车设施的布局,减少交通拥堵;帮助智能导航系统,为其用户提供实时的停车空位信息,提高停车效率。(1)数据采集:利用杭州市临平区智慧停车云平台系统导出临平区各停车工作点数据。 (2)数据处理:对数据进行清洗、去除无效数据和极限数据等操作。 (3)数据加工:实收合计金额=实时收费金额+补缴当天欠费+补交历史欠费,收缴率A=实收合计金额/应收金额,应收收益率B=应收金额/泊位数,实收收益率C=实收合计金额/泊位数,工作点运营指数=W1*收缴率A+W2*应收收益率B+W3*实收收益率C,其中,w1至w5为权重系数,且∑(w1 to w5)=1。 (4)数据应用:该数据不仅可以为各工作点的绩效评估提供有力支持,还可以通过持续监测和分析各工作点停车缴费变化趋势,可以发现各工作点在运营过程中的问题和不足,有助于提升工作点服务提升。

By analyzing the parking operation status of each parking work site on various roads in Linping District and calculating data such as revenue, collection rate and yield rate of each work site, this dataset not only provides data references for internal production and operation analysis, performance evaluation and formulation of reasonable charging standards, but also helps urban planners and traffic management departments understand the distribution of parking demand, optimize the layout of parking facilities and reduce traffic congestion. Additionally, it can assist intelligent navigation systems in providing real-time parking space information for their users, thereby improving parking efficiency. (1) Data Collection: Export data of all parking work sites in Linping District from the Hangzhou Linping District Smart Parking Cloud Platform system. (2) Data Processing: Clean the data, remove invalid data and extreme data, and perform other relevant operations. (3) Data Calculation: Total Actual Receipts = Real-time Charging Amount + Overdue Fees Paid on the Same Day + Overdue Fees Paid for Historical Transactions; Collection Rate A = Total Actual Receipts / Total Receivable Amount; Receivable Yield Rate B = Total Receivable Amount / Number of Parking Spaces; Actual Receipt Yield Rate C = Total Actual Receipts / Number of Parking Spaces; Work Site Operation Index = W1 × Collection Rate A + W2 × Receivable Yield Rate B + W3 × Actual Receipt Yield Rate C, where W1 to W5 are weight coefficients and ∑(W1 to W5) = 1. (4) Data Application: This dataset can not only provide strong support for performance evaluation of each parking work site, but also identify problems and deficiencies in the operation of each work site by continuously monitoring and analyzing the changing trends of parking payments at each work site, which is conducive to improving the service quality of the work sites.
