In the Huang-Huai area of China, Sitobion avenae and Rhopalosiphum padi are the dominant wheat aphids. In order to evaluate their resistance status, we sequenced their transcriptomes.在中国黄淮地区，麦长管蚜（Sitobion avenae）与禾谷缢管蚜（Rhopalosiphum padi）为优势小麦蚜虫类群。为评估二者的抗性状况，我们对其转录组进行了测序。
