Grants Region Normandy 2022

Following the publication of [Decree n°2017-779 of 5 May 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT000034600552#:~:text=Dans%20les%20r%C3%A9sum%C3%A9s-,D%C3%A9cret%20n%C2%B0%202017%2D779%20du%205%20mai%202017%20relatif,essentielles%20des%20conventions%20de%20subvention&text=Publics%20concern%C3%A9s%20%3A%20administration%20de%20l,une%20mission%20de%20service%20public.) on access in electronic form to the essential data of the grant agreements and of the [Order of 17 November 2017](−) on the conditions for making these data available, the Normandy Region publishes the data relating to the grants which are the subject of a signed agreement.

The Order also describes all [fields](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/JORFTEXT000036040528/). The game respects the scheme of the Common Core of Local Data.

The following fields have been added by the Normandy Region:

* number Payments: Number of disbursements of the grant
* localisationCodeINSEE: INSEE code of the locality of the project
* localisationProjectCommune: Name of the locality of the project
* TypeThires: Legal nature of the beneficiary
*dateDecision: Date of decision

This dataset includes all grant agreements worth more than or equal to EUR 23000, awarded in **2022**.

该政令同时明确了所有[字段](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/JORFTEXT000036040528/)的定义。本数据集遵循本地数据通用核心（Common Core of Local Data）的框架。

诺曼底大区新增了以下字段：
* 付款次数（number Payments）：资助款项的拨付次数
* 项目所在地INSEE（Institut National de la Statistique et des Études Économiques）代码（localisationCodeINSEE）：项目所在地点的INSEE代码
* 项目所在地市镇名称（localisationProjectCommune）：项目所在地点的官方名称
* 受益方法律性质（TypeThires）：受资助方的法律属性
* 决策日期（dateDecision）：资助决策的作出日期

本数据集涵盖**2022**年获批、金额大于或等于23000欧元的所有资助协议。
