本数据集面向钢铁企业是高能耗、高排放等问题,构建了基于产线的精细化能源管理系统。通过建设产线级能源精细化管理系统,将产线三级计量和过程能源消耗管理作为重点方向,提升过程管控能力,从而提升各产线能源降成本目标。本数据集数据来源主要包括三部分:能源计量仪表数据、生产过程控制系统工艺数据以及其它炼钢信息化系统数据。本数据集包含7个数据内容,容量约为64.3MB:2025年南京钢铁第二炼钢厂4月份能源指标检测数据、能源管理系统的部署说明、应用后能源效率提升的原始数据对比和能耗提升分析以及指标对应的1份示范应用报告、1篇论文、10项专利以及14项软件著作权。
This dataset addresses the issues of high energy consumption and high emissions in iron and steel enterprises by developing a production line-oriented refined energy management system. By constructing a production line-level refined energy management system, this initiative takes production line three-level metering and process energy consumption management as core focuses to enhance process control capabilities, thereby advancing the energy cost reduction targets for each production line. The data sources of this dataset mainly include three parts: energy metering instrument data, process data from production process control systems, and data from other steelmaking informatization systems. This dataset contains 7 categories of data content with a total capacity of approximately 64.3 MB: energy index detection data of the Second Steelmaking Plant of Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. in April 2025, deployment instructions for the energy management system, raw data comparison for post-implementation energy efficiency improvement and energy consumption improvement analysis, 1 demonstration application report, 1 academic paper, 10 patents, and 14 software copyrights.
