This dataset collects the Recency (R, days since last purchase), Frequency (F, total purchase occasions), and Monetary value (M, total purchase amount in yuan) of steam eye mask customers in Nanjing. The RFM model was utilized to assess customer value, and categorized customers into four tiers (A, B, C, D) through RFM analysis. Corresponding marketing strategies were deployed for each segmented customer group to implement precise and efficient operational management, with differentiated management strategies formulated for customers of each tier as detailed below:
1. Tier A customers: Establish a dedicated maintenance mechanism, assign exclusive customer consultants, prioritize responding to their demands, and consolidate core customer relationships via customized services;
2. Tier B customers: Implement growth incentive management, leveraging measures such as consumption frequency rewards and priority access to new product trials to drive their progression to Tier A;
3. Tier C customers: Strengthen basic service management, and improve customer retention rates through stable benefit guarantees and regular demand follow-up visits;
4. Tier D customers: Conduct wake-up management, push targeted benefit packages based on customer consumption preferences to activate their latent demands.
This tiered management framework enhances overall customer loyalty and repurchase rate. By addressing the personalized needs of customers across different tiers, this dataset provides data support for customer tiered management for enterprises in the beauty and personal care sector and other related industries.
