Transcriptome analysis of PDAC cell lines after FGF21 treatment

To further investigate the mechanism underlying FGF21-mediated inhibition of PDAC cell invasion and metastasis, we conducted transcriptome sequencing analysis on FGF21-treated cells.为进一步探究成纤维细胞生长因子21（Fibroblast Growth Factor 21, FGF21）介导抑制胰腺导管腺癌（Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma, PDAC）细胞侵袭与转移的潜在机制，我们对经FGF21处理的细胞开展了转录组测序分析。
