In the data collection phase, data is acquired through two compliant channels: manual reporting (recording abnormal phenomena, manually measuring noise, etc.) and direct connection with equipment sensors, which automatically collect motor current and bearing temperature rise. In the data processing phase, invalid records are first cleaned, then parameter thresholds are verified against industry standards for belt conveyors (e.g., temperature rise ≤ 40°C), abnormal descriptions are converted into standardized labels via structured processing, and finally a structured dataset ready for direct analysis is generated.
