scRNA-seq of lineage traced mouse aortic smooth muscle cells with cell Hashing We performed single-cell RNA-seq analysis with cell hashing of total viable lineage traced aortic smooth muscle cells from reporter mice fed a high fat diet for 3 months本数据集为采用细胞哈希（Cell Hashing）技术的谱系示踪小鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞的单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）数据集。具体实验过程为：我们对连续喂食高脂饮食（high fat diet）3个月的报告基因小鼠（reporter mice）来源的全部存活谱系示踪主动脉平滑肌细胞，开展了搭载细胞哈希技术的单细胞RNA测序分析。
