Cancer-Associated Fibroblasts Promote Vasculogenic Mimicry of Colorectal Cancer by Epigenetic Silencing of Decorin [RNA-Seq]

To investigate the transcriptome landscape differences between CAFs and NFs in colorectal cancer, we extracted primary fibroblasts from colorectal cancer tissue and para-cancerous tissue for transcriptome sequencing.
