Transcriptome analysis of shTAGLN in BPH-1 cells

We knocked down TAGLN in BPH-1 by shRNA, then tested the transcriptome change between shCtrol with shTAGLN cells, to study the function of TAGLN on prostate cancer cells.本研究通过短发夹RNA（short hairpin RNA，shRNA）在BPH-1细胞中敲低TAGLN基因，随后检测了shCtrol与shTAGLN转染细胞之间的转录组变化，以研究TAGLN在前列腺癌细胞中的功能。
