国庆假期前四天全国安全形势总体平稳

从应急管理部获悉，国庆假期前四天未接报重大生产安全事故和自然灾害，全国安全生产和自然灾害形势总体平稳。 国庆期间，应急管理部带班部领导每日召开研判会商调度视频会，联系各省（区、市）应急厅（局）和消防救援总队，检查各地节日期间值班值守和安全防范措施落实情况，会商研判安全形势，部署指导防范处置工作。节日期间，应急管理部派出多个工作组开展明查暗访，督促地方保持高度警惕，加强预警监测和应急准备，认真落实各项防范措施，为国庆假期营造安全稳定的环境。 全国消防救援队伍实行前置驻守、流动巡防，强化重大节庆活动场所执勤监护，共设置临时执勤点9323个，执勤消防车1.1万余辆次、执勤指战员5.6万余人次。1至4日，消防救援队伍共接警出动9403起，营救疏散被困群众5170人。森林消防队伍1.36万人、10个直升机组全时备战，随时应对各类突发情况。1至4日，森林消防队伍完成了湖北孝感孝昌县森林火灾扑救和相关草原火灾堵截任务。

According to the Ministry of Emergency Management (MEM), no major production safety accidents or natural disasters were reported in the first four days of the National Day holiday, and the overall national work safety and natural disaster situation remained stable.
During the National Day holiday, the on-duty leading officials of MEM held daily video conferences for situation assessment, coordination and dispatch, contacted the emergency management departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the general fire rescue contingents, inspected the implementation of on-duty and on-call services and safety prevention measures across regions during the holiday, analyzed and assessed the safety situation, and deployed and guided prevention and response work. During the holiday, MEM dispatched multiple working groups to conduct both overt and covert inspections, urging local authorities to remain highly vigilant, strengthen early warning, monitoring and emergency preparedness, and earnestly implement all prevention measures to create a safe and stable environment for the National Day holiday.
The national fire rescue contingents implemented pre-stationed duty and mobile patrols, strengthened the guarding and monitoring of major festival event venues, and set up a total of 9,323 temporary duty posts, with over 11,000 fire vehicle deployments and more than 56,000 firefighting personnel on duty. From October 1st to 4th, the fire rescue contingents responded to 9,403 alarms, rescuing and evacuating 5,170 trapped people. The 13,600-strong forest fire rescue contingents and 10 helicopter detachments were on full 24/7 alert, ready to respond to all types of emergencies at any time. From October 1st to 4th, the forest fire rescue contingents completed the forest fire suppression mission in Xiaochang County, Xiaogan, Hubei Province and the relevant grassfire containment task.
