We characterized the effect of loss of ERRγ expression in mouse pancreatic islets using adenoviral constructs. Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from Ad-EGFP or Ad-Cre infected pancreatic islets from ERRγfl/fl mice. Gene expression profiles were compared between the wild-type control (Ad-EGFP) and ERRγKO (Ad-Cre) islets.本研究利用腺病毒构建体，解析了ERRγ（Estrogen-related receptor γ，雌激素相关受体γ）表达缺失在小鼠胰岛中的功能效应。 实验整体设计：从ERRγfl/fl小鼠的胰岛中提取经Ad-EGFP或Ad-Cre感染后的总RNA，并对野生型对照（Ad-EGFP感染组）与ERRγ敲除（ERRγKO，Ad-Cre感染组）胰岛的基因表达谱开展对比分析。
