利用数值仿真技术,建立协同熔炼余热设备数学模型,开展单因素和多因素耦合仿真实验,记录结构形式、工艺参数、烟气成分、烟尘成分等对余热设备温度场、流场、浓度场、颗粒相的影响,并得到铜基多金属固废协同熔炼余热设备最优运行参数,提供建立熔炼炉和余热设备一体化技术数据。

Using numerical simulation techniques, a mathematical model for co-smelting waste heat equipment was developed. Single-factor and multi-factor coupled simulation experiments were conducted, where the effects of structural configurations, process parameters, flue gas compositions, dust compositions and other relevant factors on the temperature field, flow field, concentration field and particle phase of the waste heat equipment were recorded. The optimal operating parameters of the co-smelting waste heat equipment for copper-based polymetallic solid wastes were determined, and technical data supporting the integration of smelting furnaces and waste heat equipment were provided.
