为解决传统反射炉锑氧还原工艺能耗高、碳排放大的问题,响应节能减排要求,昆明理工大学与广西南丹南方金属有限公司于2024年7月开展为期三个月的百吨级锑氧生物质还原工业化第一周期实验,2025年4月起开展吨级第二周期实验。本数据集主要包括锑氧生物质低碳高效还原熔炼工程示范中能耗及所用原料生物质、锑氧粉及无烟煤等化学成分检测数据,以及工业化生产中实际生产台账记录数据。实验旨在验证生物质替代还原煤的可行性,通过导热系数研究优化工艺参数,实现低温低碳还原熔炼,推动锑冶炼行业绿色转型。数据集名称为锑氧生物质低温低碳还原熔炼工程示范数据集。数据集的内容主要包括锑氧生物质低温低碳还原熔炼工程示范运行过程中能耗计算及所用原料生物质、锑氧粉、发生炉煤气等原料化学成分检测以及工程示范过程运行生产台账数据,大小共94.76MB。
To address the problems of high energy consumption and large carbon emissions in traditional reverberatory furnace antimony oxide reduction processes, and to meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction, Kunming University of Science and Technology and Guangxi Nandan Nanfang Metal Co., Ltd. conducted the first 3-month 100-tonne-scale industrial pilot experiment of biomass-based antimony oxide reduction in July 2024, and launched the second ton-scale pilot experiment starting from April 2025.
This dataset primarily includes energy consumption data, chemical composition test results of raw materials such as biomass, antimony oxide powder and anthracite used in the low-carbon and efficient reduction smelting demonstration project of antimony oxide biomass, as well as actual production ledger records from industrial production. The experiment aims to verify the feasibility of replacing traditional reducing coal with biomass, optimize process parameters through thermal conductivity research, achieve low-temperature and low-carbon reduction smelting, and promote the green transformation of the antimony smelting industry.
The dataset is named Demonstration Dataset of Low-Temperature and Low-Carbon Reduction Smelting Project for Antimony Oxide Biomass. Its content further covers energy consumption calculation data during the operation of the demonstration project, chemical composition test data of raw materials including biomass, antimony oxide powder and producer gas, as well as production ledger data generated in the demonstration project operation, with a total size of 94.76 MB.
