Ratio-sum-difference-product metafeatures clustered with <i>JSD_control</i>.

We have selected 50 metafeatures (25 most positively correlated and 25 most negatively correlated) and ordered them by Spearman’s rank correlation with JSDcontrol. Genes in boldface indicate that they were previously discussed in [5] and genes with underlined boldface represent the cases for which the gene has been discussed in the context of AD in the published literature (see File S3 for details).本研究选取了50个元特征（metafeatures），其中包含25个正相关程度最高的元特征与25个负相关程度最高的元特征，并按照各元特征与JSDcontrol的斯皮尔曼等级相关系数进行排序。以黑体标注的基因代表此前已在参考文献[5]中被讨论过的基因；带下划线的黑体基因则代表已在已发表文献中结合阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's Disease）研究语境被讨论过的基因，详细信息参见补充文件S3。
