Lymphatic endothelial cell identity is controlled by a GATA2 bound enhancer (Microarray)

This study investigates the transcriptome of primary dermal lymphatic endothelial cells compared with blood vascular endothelial cells using samples isolated from wildtype embryos at defined points (E14.5, E16.5 and E18.5) during mouse embryonic development. Matching LEC and BEC samples from three litters (independent biological replicates) at each timepoint are compared by RNA microarray analysis.
