表 Aurkb-rox-tdTomato 的 RFP 荧光与代表增殖的Ki67 蛋白与核苷类似物 EdU 进行免疫荧光共定位分析。RFP 与 Ki67 或 EdU 的共定位代表 Aurkb-roxtdTomato 可以追踪干细胞增殖。
Immunofluorescence co-localization analysis was conducted among RFP fluorescence derived from Aurkb-rox-tdTomato, Ki67 protein (a marker for cell proliferation) and the nucleoside analog EdU. The co-localization of RFP with either Ki67 or EdU demonstrates that Aurkb-rox-tdTomato is capable of tracing stem cell proliferation.
