DFB激光器模块-40℃、25℃、85℃调制速率数据集

对DFB激光器模块的大信号动态调制能力进行测试，得到数据集，将DFB激光器芯片封装到DFB激光器光模块中，测试其在三个温度（25℃、55℃、85℃）下的25Gbps NRZ信号眼图，眼图margin达到应用需求即可验证大信号调制能力。This dataset is generated through testing the large-signal dynamic modulation capability of DFB laser modules. Specifically, DFB laser chips are packaged into DFB laser optical modules, and the 25 Gbps NRZ signal eye diagrams of the modules are tested at three temperatures: 25℃, 55℃, and 85℃. The large-signal modulation capability can be verified when the eye diagram margin meets the application requirements.
