本数据集主要为高砷金精矿造锍捕金热力学及组元迁移行为和演变规律提供数据材料支撑,涉及典型金精矿工艺矿物学研究,造锍捕金过程热力学研究,组元迁移行为研究,微观动力学研究等内容。主要采集于2022年10月至2025年9月,采集地点为北京科技大学冶金与生态工程学院。采集方式为从仪器采集,后期在原始数据基础上经过分析重新绘制得到。结果显示:高砷金精矿中金矿物粒度较粗,金主要以单体金形式产出,金的载体矿物主要是黄铁矿。热力学计算显示Au与Cu亲和力较强会生成Cu-Au合金。原位实验及微观模拟显示金主要以Sb-Cu-Au合金形式赋存于Fe-Sb合金中,在渣中以同样形式损失在铜铁硫化相中,Au-Cu合金在熔融态下以掺杂形式存在。实验结果为造锍捕金过程的热力学理解和工艺优化提供了系统的理论基础和工程指导。本数据集主要包括不同种类锑金精矿的基础物性、元素组成、赋存状态、物相产出特征等工艺矿物学研究及高砷金精矿造锍捕金热力学及组元迁移行为和演变规律。包括化学成分分析,粒度分析,物相分析。数据量为79.3 MB,主要包含12个excel表格文件、39个图片文件,4个raw原始文件和1个数据说明文件。

This dataset provides data and material support for thermodynamic studies, component migration behavior and evolution laws of matte-based gold collection from high-arsenic gold concentrates. It covers research on process mineralogy of typical gold concentrates, thermodynamic studies of the matte-based gold collection process, component migration behavior research, microscopic kinetics research, and other related contents. The data was mainly collected from October 2022 to September 2025 at the School of Metallurgical and Ecological Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing. The data was acquired via instruments, and later redrawn based on analysis of the original raw data. The results show that: the gold minerals in high-arsenic gold concentrates have relatively coarse particle sizes, and gold mainly occurs as free gold, with pyrite as the primary host mineral for gold. Thermodynamic calculations indicate that gold (Au) has a high affinity with copper (Cu), forming Cu-Au alloys. In-situ experiments and microscopic simulations reveal that gold mainly exists in the form of Sb-Cu-Au alloys occluded in Fe-Sb alloys, and is lost in the ferric-copper sulfide phase in the slag in the same form; Au-Cu alloys exist in a doped form in the molten state. The experimental results provide a systematic theoretical basis and engineering guidance for thermodynamic understanding and process optimization of the matte-based gold collection process. This dataset mainly includes process mineralogy research on basic physical properties, elemental composition, occurrence states, phase occurrence characteristics and other aspects of different types of antimony-bearing gold concentrates, as well as thermodynamic studies, component migration behavior and evolution laws of matte-based gold collection from high-arsenic gold concentrates. It covers chemical composition analysis, particle size analysis and phase analysis. The total size of the dataset is 79.3 MB, which mainly contains 12 Excel spreadsheet files, 39 image files, 4 raw data files and 1 data description document.
