齿轮加工精度检测数据集主要面向批量化齿轮加工精度,包括齿面精度数据与齿面粗糙度数据,是用于研究零件加工精度演变规律,进行加工精度预测、工艺优化、精度自愈的研究的基础数据,用于提高批量化齿轮加工的一次性合格率与精度保持性,基于齿轮测量中心产生了齿轮的齿面精度数据,基于粗糙度仪产生了齿轮的粗糙度数据,数据量694 KB。
This gear machining accuracy detection dataset is primarily targeted at the accuracy demands of mass-produced gear machining. It includes tooth surface accuracy data and tooth surface roughness data, serving as fundamental data for studying the evolution law of component machining accuracy, and supporting research on machining accuracy prediction, process optimization, and accuracy self-recovery. The dataset is designed to improve the first-pass yield and accuracy retention of mass gear machining. The tooth surface accuracy data of gears is generated via a gear measuring center, while the roughness data is collected using a roughness tester, with a total data volume of 694 KB.
