课题指标中,硅基光波导损耗≤1dB/cm的数据与处理程序。数据是在实验室环境下,使用可调谐激光器对硅基光波导进行光信号输入,对光功率计进行读数得到的,采用Origin对测试数据作图,得到报告中的相关实验结果图片。在window10及以上环境下,使用Origin软件打开相应文件程序,即可导出相应数据结果。测试报告指标中,课题2-001-第三方测试报告-硅基光交叉阵列中可重构光交叉测试得到的不同电功率下的输出光功率的输出光谱的数据与处理程序。数据是在实验室环境下,对可调谐激光器、光功率计读数得到的,采用origin软件处理测试数据,得到论文中的相关实验结果图片。在window10及以上环境下,使用origin软件打开相应文件程序,即可导出相应数据结果。

Data and processing procedures for silicon-based optical waveguides with a loss ≤1 dB/cm under the project indicators. The data was collected by injecting optical signals into silicon-based optical waveguides using a tunable laser in a laboratory environment and reading the output with an optical power meter. Origin was utilized to plot the test data and generate the relevant experimental result images included in the report. The corresponding data results can be exported by opening the corresponding file via Origin software under Windows 10 or a higher version of the operating system. Data and processing procedures for the output spectrum of output optical power under different electrical powers obtained from the reconfigurable optical cross-connection test of the silicon-based optical cross-array, as specified in the third-party test report for Project 2-001. The data was collected by reading measurements with a tunable laser and an optical power meter in a laboratory environment. Origin software was used to process the test data and produce the relevant experimental result images included in the paper. The corresponding data results can be exported by opening the corresponding file via Origin software under Windows 10 or a higher version of the operating system.
