HNCDB

we constructed the Head and Neck Cancer Database using text mining followed by manual curation of the literature to collect reliable information on the HNC-related genes and drugs. The high-throughput gene expression data for HNC were also integrated into HNCDB.本研究通过文本挖掘并辅以人工文献审校的方法，构建了头颈癌数据库（Head and Neck Cancer Database，HNCDB），以收集与头颈部癌（Head and Neck Cancer, HNC）相关的基因及药物的可靠信息。同时，头颈部癌的高通量基因表达数据也被整合至该数据库中。
