Publication of the results of official controls carried out in food safety since 1 March 2017. The entries for the 4 levels of hygiene: **Highly satisfactory level of hygiene:** establishments with no non-compliance, or only minor non-compliances. **Satisfactory level of hygiene:** establishments with non-compliances which do not justify the adoption of administrative police measures but to which the administrative authority sends a reminder of the regulations with a view to improving practices. **Level of hygiene to be improved:** establishments whose operator has been instructed to carry out corrective measures within a time limit set by the administrative authority and which leads to a new control of the State services to verify the implementation of these corrective measures. **Level of hygiene to be corrected urgently:** establishments with non-conformities likely to endanger the health of the consumer and for which the administrative authority orders the administrative closure, withdrawal or suspension of health approval.本数据集收录2017年3月1日起开展的食品安全官方监管检查结果的公开公示信息，包含四类卫生等级的评定条目： **极佳卫生等级**：无任何不合规项，或仅存在轻微不合规情形的食品经营场所。 **合格卫生等级**：存在不合规项但未达到采取行政管控措施的标准，行政主管部门将向其发送合规提醒，督促其改进经营操作规范。 **待改进卫生等级**：食品经营场所经营者被行政主管部门责令在指定期限内落实整改措施，后续将由国家监管部门开展复查以验证整改落实情况。 **需紧急整改卫生等级**：存在可能危害消费者健康的不合规情形，行政主管部门已责令其行政停业、撤销或暂停卫生许可。
