Employed foreign born in specialised psychiatric care, balance sheet

Share of foreign-born persons aged 18-64 among employees in specialised psychiatric care divided by the proportion of foreign born persons aged 18-64 in the county’s population. The same proportion of foreign born among the employees in specialised psychiatric care as in the county’s population gives the balance figure 1. A figure higher than 1 shows a higher share of foreign born among employees than in the population and a figure less than 1 shows, conversely, a lower proportion than in the population.
