This dataset focuses on the core goal of precise 3D dimension control during hot rolling processes, and was developed to support the verification and attainment of 3D dimension control indicators for relevant software. It covers predictive model data, validation data, and achievement supporting materials for key dimensional parameters including thickness, width, strip crown, cross-sectional shape, etc., with a total size of 694.49 MB. The data is sourced from three hot continuous rolling production lines with specifications of 2150mm, 1780mm, and 1700mm at Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and the data collection period spans from November 2022 to October 2025. It mainly includes three types of core information: input parameter data (chemical composition of the steel strip, billet specifications, rolling process parameters, equipment configuration parameters), on-site measured output data (measured values of key dimensions at each position of the steel strip and dynamic feedback data), and model-related data (Level 2 setpoints, intermediate calculation results, and parameter tuning records). After collection, the data undergoes multi-dimensional quality control procedures including outlier filtering, steady-state screening, timestamp alignment, and consistency verification, and is finally formatted into structured flat tabular data. This dataset adopts a mechanism-data hybrid artificial intelligence modeling approach, which can directly support the verification of the software's assessment indicators: "thickness hit rate ≥98%, width hit rate ≥97%, strip crown hit rate ≥95%". Meanwhile, it provides high-quality data support for hot rolling process optimization and dimensional fluctuation pattern analysis, holding significant industrial application value and academic reference significance.
