To ensure the food safety of soda crackers, strict control over the preservatives contained in them is required. The dataset focuses on the relevant detection data for aflatoxin B1. Based on these detection data, we can determine whether the aflatoxin B1 content in soda crackers meets the safety standards, thereby preventing food safety issues caused by excessive or illegal addition. Through real-time data updates, we can achieve real-time monitoring of the entire production process of soda crackers to guarantee food safety. 1. Sample Collection: Randomly sample from the manufactured soda crackers and properly number the samples. 2. Data Detection: Preprocess the collected soda cracker samples to facilitate subsequent detection. Utilize appropriate instruments and methods to conduct quantitative detection of aflatoxin B1 in the soda cracker samples, then organize and analyze the detection data to calculate the aflatoxin B1 content of each individual sample. 3. Data Processing: The calculation formula for the aflatoxin B1 content is X = 0.0004 × (V1/V2) × D × (1000/m). Where X represents the aflatoxin B1 content in the sample (μg/kg); V1 is the volume of the concentrated sample solution (ml); V2 is the dropping volume of the sample solution exhibiting the lowest fluorescence (ml); D is the total dilution factor of the concentrated sample solution; m is the mass of the test sample corresponding to the concentrated sample solution (g); and 0.0004 is the minimum detectable amount of aflatoxin B1 (μg). Data Judgment: If the measured aflatoxin B1 value is less than or equal to 20 μg/kg, the finished product is deemed qualified; otherwise, it is unqualified. 4.
