绿茶分级评价特征定义数据集

1、数据采集：从茶企云评茶助手管理系统中获取评价茶叶的维度，从该系统的绿茶历史评价记录中获取绿茶各维度的评价文本；
2、数据处理：从评价文本中，根据自然语言处理（NLP）技术方法，获取具体维度的关键词；评价维度包括：外形、汤色、香气、滋味、叶底；生成包括“视觉（外形、汤色、叶底）、嗅觉（香气）、味觉（滋味）、外形、汤色、香气、滋味、叶底”关键词特征集合。
3、数据应用：用于绿茶分级筛选、辅助产品宣传、供检测结构评定品质、支撑绿茶品质相关教学与研究。

1. Data Collection: Obtain tea evaluation dimensions from the Tea Enterprise Cloud Tea Review Assistant Management System, and collect evaluation texts for each dimension of green tea from the historical green tea evaluation records of this system;
2. Data Processing: Extract keywords corresponding to specific evaluation dimensions from the evaluation texts using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The evaluation dimensions include appearance, liquor color, aroma, taste, and infused leaves. Generate a keyword feature set covering "Visual (appearance, liquor color, infused leaves), Olfactory (aroma), Gustatory (taste), appearance, liquor color, aroma, taste, infused leaves";
3. Data Application: This dataset can be applied to green tea grading and screening, auxiliary product promotion, quality assessment by testing institutions, as well as supporting teaching and research related to green tea quality.
