Treatment with antidepressant drugs in a rat model of Traumatic Brain Injury

Microarray analysis was performed to look at the mRNA and miRNA profiles of several antidepressant drugs in the rat hippocampus after Traumatic Brain Injury to test the hypothesis that antidepressant drugs ameliorate gene and miRNA dysregulation after TBI.本研究采用微阵列分析（Microarray analysis）技术，检测创伤性脑损伤（Traumatic Brain Injury, TBI）后大鼠海马体内多种抗抑郁药物的信使RNA（messenger RNA, mRNA）与微小RNA（microRNA, miRNA）表达谱，以验证“抗抑郁药物可缓解TBI后基因与miRNA表达失调”这一科学假说。
