密封件与高压氢相容性检测技术研究数据集主要为氢系统中密封件的选型提供数据支撑。主要包含40℃、15℃和55℃环境条件下的密封结构适用性试验数据；不同气体类型（氢气、氦气、氮气、氦氮混合气）和不同压力条件下的丁晴橡胶密封件泄漏特性数据；密封件泄漏检测装置测试数据及检漏试验用混合气的浓度数据；试样显微图像和CT图像；试样尺寸、质量、硬度变化数据。

The research dataset on compatibility detection technology for seals and high-pressure hydrogen mainly provides data support for the selection of seals in hydrogen systems. It mainly includes test data on the applicability of seal structures under environmental conditions of 40℃, 15℃ and 55℃; leakage characteristic data of nitrile rubber seals under different gas types (hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, helium-nitrogen mixture) and different pressure conditions; test data from seal leakage detection devices and concentration data of the gas mixture used in leakage detection tests; microscopic images and CT images of the specimens; and data on changes in specimen dimensions, mass and hardness.
