Dataset for Metasurface Lens Array Design and Simulation Verification. This dataset conducts theoretical analysis and experimental validation to address challenging issues including theoretical simulation and fabrication verification of stacked metasurfaces, mainly providing phase design data, fabrication data and imaging function verification data of metalens arrays for polarization spectral imaging applications. All relevant theoretical analyses and result validations were performed using MATLAB software, and the total data volume is 2.58 GB.
