Verbalisations

The Directorate of Municipal Police and Prevention is responsible for combating all forms of incivility in public space and ensuring road safety for users. Municipal police officers ensure compliance with the rules of citizenship in the public space for a pleasant and peaceful living environment, verbalising offenders. They also contribute to compliance with the rules on the sharing of public space in terms of traffic and parking by identifying infringements. Such verbalisation data shall be provided subject to ongoing proceedings before the judicial authority. The data is updated on a quarterly basis. The verbalisation does not summarise all the activity of the municipal police which is also mobilised on security and public tranquility, prevention, assistance to people on the street, presence on major events,...
