Remuneration benchmark for 55 professions in the digital sector (January 2024)

Applicable to all state administrations, this benchmark defines salary values for all the professions in the digital sector, with low and high ranges, depending on the job and the experience of each candidate or agent already in place. Each high range is also a threshold below which budgetary control is no longer necessary and the procedure thus simplified for the recruitment and renewal of contract staff. Initiated in 2019 with the creation of a first remuneration framework, it is updated by the Prime Minister’s circular n°6434/SG of 3 January 2024.
