Archaeological cultural monuments in Schleswig-Holstein (ALSH)

Data set on protected areas for the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein with the exception of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck. The dataset contains data of all archaeological cultural monuments (aKD) that are currently sufficiently known in terms of their extent, conservation and scientific quality. The archaeological cultural monuments are listed in accordance with §§ 8 (1) and 24 DSchG SH 2015 * in a list of monuments. The lists of monuments and the maps of protected areas based on them are not exhaustive, as the discovery of previously hidden and thus not yet known archaeological cultural monuments can be expected at any time. For these, there is a statutory reporting obligation (§ 15(1) DSchG SH 2015). In principle, legal protection does not depend on the entry in the list of monuments and the resulting mapping (§ 8(1) DSchG SH 2015), but applies to all objects that meet the criteria of an archaeological cultural monument (§ 2(2) DSchG SH 2015). All projects and measures that directly affect or may affect archaeological cultural monuments or that are likely to significantly impair the impression of a cultural monument by changing the environment and all those that impair it require the involvement of the Archaeological Office of Schleswig-Holstein or the lower monument protection authorities in accordance with §§ 4 and 12 DSchG SH 2015. 本数据集为石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因联邦州（不含汉萨城市吕贝克）的保护区相关数据集。
本数据集收录了目前在范围、保存状况与科学质量层面均已得到充分探明的全部考古文化遗迹（archaeological cultural monuments，aKD）数据。
这些考古文化遗迹已按照《2015年石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因州文物保护法》（DSchG SH 2015）第8条第1款与第24条的规定，列入遗迹名录。
本遗迹名录及基于其编制的保护区地图并非穷尽式收录，因为随时都有可能发现此前未被知晓的隐匿考古文化遗迹。针对此类遗迹，需履行法定申报义务（《2015年石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因州文物保护法》第15条第1款）。
原则上，法律保护并非以列入遗迹名录及由此产生的测绘成果为前提（《2015年石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因州文物保护法》第8条第1款），而是适用于所有符合考古文化遗迹认定标准的客体（《2015年石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因州文物保护法》第2条第2款）。
凡直接影响或可能影响考古文化遗迹，或因改变环境而可能严重损害文化遗迹风貌，以及已造成此类损害的所有项目与措施，均需按照《2015年石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因州文物保护法》第4条与第12条的规定，征求石勒苏益格-荷尔斯泰因州考古办公室或下级文物保护主管部门的意见。
