C1R cells expressing different MICA alleles were incubated with PBMCs from healthy donors for 4 hours. A range of doses of MICAB1-Fc silent or isotype control mAb was added to the cells. The variation of mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) for NKG2D expression at the cell surface is shown relative to standard conditions without the C1R tumor (100%) after overnight culture.
