Austria's National Inventory Report 2015

The National Inventory Report 2015 (NIR 2015) gives a comprehensive description of the trend and the methodologies applied in the Austrian air emissions inventory for the greenhouse gases carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, HFC, PFC, SF6 and NF3. With this report, Austria complies with its reporting obligations under the EU Monitoring Mechanism and the UNFCCC. It contains emission data for the period 1990-2013 as well as information on emission factors, activity data and other basic data for emission calculations. Moreover, the report provides documentation of the national inventory system and quality control and assurance activities as performed by the accredited Inspection Body for Emission Inventories (ISO/IEC 17020). Supplementary information required under the Kyoto Protocol was not submitted in 2015 given the persistent problems with the CRF Reporter.

《2015年国家清单报告》（National Inventory Report 2015，简称NIR 2015）全面阐述了奥地利温室气体大气排放清单的发展趋势与所采用的方法学，涉及的温室气体包括二氧化碳（carbon dioxide）、甲烷（methane）、一氧化二氮（nitrous oxide）、氢氟碳化物（HFC）、全氟碳化物（PFC）、六氟化硫（SF6）及三氟化氮（NF3）。奥地利通过本报告履行了欧盟监测机制及《联合国气候变化框架公约》（United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change，UNFCCC）规定的报告义务。本报告涵盖1990年至2013年的排放数据，以及排放因子、活动数据和其他用于排放计算的基础数据相关信息。此外，本报告还对国家排放清单体系，以及经ISO/IEC 17020认可的排放清单核查机构开展的质量控制与质量保证活动进行了文档记录。鉴于通用报告格式编制工具（CRF Reporter）持续存在问题，2015年未提交《京都议定书》（Kyoto Protocol）要求的补充信息。
