This dataset is tailored for the targeted research objectives, employing multiple spectroscopic techniques including scanning tunneling spectroscopy and point-contact differential conductance spectroscopy to carry out measurement studies on correlated electron systems such as superconducting and topological materials. The raw data were collected using dedicated testing instruments from the State Key Laboratory of Superconductivity, Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the School of Materials Science and Information Technology, Anhui University. The data acquisition equipment includes scanning tunneling microscopes and point-contact measurement systems. All equipment was in good working order, and the data acquisition process complied with standardized procedures, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the collected data. The dataset covers atomic-resolved topographies of materials, local tunneling spectra, Andreev reflection spectra, and other related measurements. It can reflect information such as electronic states and superconducting energy gaps under varying conditions including temperature and magnetic field, which facilitates the understanding of the universal laws governing multi-degree-of-freedom competition and coupling in correlated electron systems.
