蒸压加气混凝土砌块作为常用的一种建筑材料,它的单位体积重量是粘土砖的三分之一,保温性能是粘土砖的三至四倍,隔音性能是粘土砖的两倍,抗渗性能是粘土砖的一倍以上,耐火性能是钢筋混凝土的六至八倍,所以蒸压加气混凝土砌块在整个建筑工程中发挥的重要性质毋庸置疑,检测蒸压加气混凝土砌块的最大抗压强度是否达到标准要求是为了及时对未达到强度要求的产品进行重新加工,防止实际应用中出现各类问题,以确保工程的质量及安全。按照国家标准GB/T 11968-2020,运用加压检测设备对抽样蒸压加气混凝土砌块进行最大抗压强度的检测,每个样品分别进行三次检测,通过(第一次测试结果+第二次测试结果+第三次测试结果)/3计算出三次值的平均值,并将平均值与标准5.0MPa进行相减,得出结果,通过“SIGN(相减后的结果)”函数进行判定,其中符合标准的为1,不符合标准的为0。最后以此判定所检项目是否符合国家标准标准要求。
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks are a commonly utilized construction material. Their weight per unit volume is one-third that of clay bricks, their thermal insulation performance is 3 to 4 times that of clay bricks, their sound insulation performance is twice that of clay bricks, their water impermeability performance is more than double that of clay bricks, and their fire resistance performance is 6 to 8 times that of reinforced concrete. Therefore, the indispensable and important role of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks in construction projects is beyond dispute. Detecting whether the maximum compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks meets the standard requirements aims to timely reprocess products that fail to meet the strength criteria, prevent various issues during practical application, and thus ensure the quality and safety of construction projects. According to the national standard GB/T 11968-2020, pressurized testing equipment is used to detect the maximum compressive strength of sampled autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. Each sample undergoes three separate tests, and the average of the three test results is calculated via the formula (first test result + second test result + third test result)/3. The difference between this average value and the standard threshold of 5.0MPa is then calculated, and the judgment is made using the "SIGN" function, where a result of 1 indicates compliance with the standard, and 0 indicates non-compliance. Finally, this judgment result is used to determine whether the inspected items meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 11968-2020.
