二嗪磷具有一定的杀螨、杀线虫活性。广泛用于水稻、玉米、甘蔗、烟草、果树、蔬菜、牧草、花卉、森林和温室,用来防治多种刺激吸性和食叶性害虫。也用于土壤,防治地下害虫和线虫,还可用于防治家畜体外寄生虫和蝇类、蟑螂等家庭害虫。数据采集,随机抽取每个菜棚叶用莴苣成品,对该成品进行二嗪磷残留量检测。数据判定:若二嗪磷实测值不大于0.5mg/kg,则该成品合格x(=c*v/m)*d,公式中,x为样品中二嗪磷总含量(mg/kg),v为试样提取液浓缩定容体积(mL);m为试样质量(g);d为稀释倍数;c为曲线值 (μg/mL)。

Diazinon exhibits certain acaricidal and nematicidal activities. It is widely utilized in rice, corn, sugarcane, tobacco, fruit trees, vegetables, forages, flowers, forests and greenhouses for the control of various piercing-sucking and foliage-feeding insect pests. Additionally, it is applied in soil to manage soil-dwelling insect pests and nematodes, as well as to eliminate ectoparasites on livestock, flies, cockroaches and other household pests. Data Collection: Finished leaf lettuce samples were randomly sampled from each vegetable greenhouse, and the diazinon residue content in these samples was tested. Data Judgment: A finished leaf lettuce sample is considered qualified if the measured diazinon content is no more than 0.5 mg/kg. The formula for calculating the total diazinon content in the sample is x = (c * v / m) * d, where: - x: Total diazinon content in the sample (mg/kg) - v: Constant volume (mL) of the concentrated extract of the test sample - m: Mass of the test sample (g) - d: Dilution factor - c: Calibration curve-derived concentration (μg/mL)
