"1.数据采集:从企业销售平台的订单系统中采集连续特定期间内的销售订单商品数据,包括收货省、收货市、收货区、数量; 2.数据处理:1)按“收货省→收货市→收货区”层级维度,对同一区域的商品数量进行求和聚合,建立区域与商品总数量的对应关系;2)筛选无效地址数据:标记省/市信息缺失的记录,标记仅收货区信息缺失的记录;3)对无效地址数据进行归类处理:剔除省/市信息缺失的记录,将仅收货区缺失的记录归类至对应市级维度统计;4)计算各区域订单占比(“某区域商品总数量/全量商品总数量×100%”);5)整合区域层级、商品总数量、订单占比数据,形成“收货省-收货市-收货区-商品总数量-订单占比”的层级分布表; 3.数据应用:辅助区域物流网点布局优化,在订单占比超一定比例的区域增设配送站点;结合区域订单量与仓库位置,计算配送里程,优化仓库辐射范围。"

Data Collection: Collect sales order item data during a continuous specified period from the order system of the enterprise sales platform, including receiving province, receiving city, receiving district, and order quantity; 2. Data Processing: 1) Conduct summation aggregation of commodity quantities for the same region based on the hierarchical dimension of "receiving province → receiving city → receiving district", and establish the correspondence between regions and total commodity quantities; 2) Screen invalid address data: mark records with missing province or city information, and mark records with only missing receiving district information; 3) Classify and handle invalid address data: remove records with missing province or city information, and classify records with only missing receiving district into the corresponding municipal dimension for statistical purposes; 4) Calculate the order proportion of each region, with the formula: "total commodity quantity of a certain region / total commodity quantity of all orders × 100%"; 5) Integrate the regional hierarchy, total commodity quantity and order proportion data to form a hierarchical distribution table titled "receiving province - receiving city - receiving district - total commodity quantity - order proportion"; 3. Data Application: Assist in optimizing the layout of regional logistics networks, add distribution stations in regions where the order proportion exceeds a certain threshold; combine regional order quantities and warehouse locations to calculate delivery mileage and optimize the radiation scope of warehouses.
