本数据集在形成过程中,遵循标准化数据治理流程,具体包括: (一)数据采集与处理规则 基于业务系统自动采集订单数据、出入库记录、配送节点信息及客户签收反馈数据 采用ETL流程进行数据清洗、字段标准化、异常值过滤与重复记录去重 建立统一仓储编码体系与配送区域标准化标识规则 (二)空间编码与路径优化算法 采用 GeoHash 空间编码算法对终端配送地址进行经纬度转换与区域编码处理 运用 Dijkstra 最短路径算法进行配送路线模拟计算 设置多维动态权重参数(运输距离、订单密度、区域分布)进行路径优化计算 (三)指标计算规则 配送准时率 = 准时签收订单数 / 总订单数 平均配送时效 = Σ(签收时间 - 出库时间) / 总订单数 客户满意度指数 = 客户评分 × 权重系数综合计算
This dataset was developed in compliance with standardized data governance workflows, which are detailed as follows: (1) Data Collection and Processing Rules Automatically collect order data, inbound/outbound inventory records, distribution node information and customer signature feedback data via business systems. Adopt ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data cleaning, field standardization, outlier filtering and duplicate record deduplication. Establish a unified warehouse coding system and standardized identification rules for distribution areas. (2) Spatial Coding and Path Optimization Algorithms Use the GeoHash spatial coding algorithm to convert latitude and longitude of terminal delivery addresses and perform regional coding processing. Apply the Dijkstra shortest path algorithm to simulate and calculate delivery routes. Set multi-dimensional dynamic weight parameters (transportation distance, order density, regional distribution) to conduct path optimization calculations. (3) Indicator Calculation Rules On-time delivery rate = Number of on-time signed orders / Total number of orders Average delivery turnaround time = Σ (Signature time - Warehouse outbound time) / Total number of orders Customer Satisfaction Index = Calculated comprehensively by multiplying customer score with weight coefficient
