第二次青藏高原科学考察获取的科学数据具有重要的研究价值,把科学数据简单高效的管理,不仅能使数据更方便地为科技工作者使用,同时还能提高科学数据的共享效率。在长期数据集成与共享的过程中,对科学数据进行分析与汇总,并结合实际应用进行总结提炼、制定出本元数据规范,以期为第二次青藏高原科学考察项目建立本规范。本标准主要起草单位:中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所。本标准主要起草人:第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究任务九课题组。
The scientific data acquired during the Second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition and Research (STEP) is of significant research value. Implementing simple and efficient management of such scientific data not only facilitates convenient access for scientific and technological professionals, but also enhances the sharing efficiency of scientific data. During the long-term process of data integration and sharing, this metadata specification was formulated through analyzing and aggregating scientific data, as well as summarizing and refining based on practical applications, with the goal of establishing this specification for the Second Tibetan Plateau Scientific Expedition and Research project. The main drafting organization of this standard is the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The main drafters of this standard are the Task 9 Research Group of the Second Tibetan Plateau Comprehensive Scientific Expedition and Research.
